Unlimited 5G Booster Plans from Airtel and Jio: Stay Connected Without Data Limits

Both Airtel and Jio offer unlimited 5G data plans despite recent tariff increases, although only users with active plans providing at least 2 GB per day on 4G networks will gain access. Jio customers need to spend at least Rs 349 while Airtel customers should spend at least Rs 379 monthly to unlock high-speed 5G service.

Jio and Airtel have introduced 5G booster plans in order to enable more users to experience 5G networks, giving access to it at an affordable price point. These plans apply to users on recharge plans with 1 – 1.5GB per day of 4G data that allows access to 5G services for just a nominal charge per day.

Airtel and Jio both recently introduced three 5G booster plans at Rs 51, Rs 101 and Rs 151 that offer various advantages over existing plans for experiencing 5G on supported devices. Though these booster plans don’t have an immediate validity period of their own, pairing one of these plans with your existing plan to experience 5G service can give an experience worthy of its price point; additionally these plans also come equipped with additional 4G data coverage if 5G network coverage becomes patchy.

Airtel 5G customers with unlimited plans still face fair usage policy limits of 300GB every 30 days; unlike Jio’s no limits at present. Therefore, Airtel users with high-speed 5G connections will only have access to up to this much high-speed data per month before their speed drops back down to 64 kbps post FUP limit.

Rs 51 5G Booster Plans

Airtel and Jio have released an affordable 5G booster plan priced at Rs 51 that offers 3GB of 4G data a day, making this suitable for users already with recharge plans providing 1.5 GB per day – maximum validity 1 month with Jio and Airtel users enjoying benefits according to base plan validity respectively.

Rs 101 5G Booster Plans

This plan is suitable for users recharging with plans offering between 1GB to 1.5 GB per day of 4G data, such as those available from Jio and Airtel respectively. With Jio offering maximum validity for two months accompanied with 6 GB additional 4G data; Airtel users will get their base plan’s duration instead. Recharge this on top of one with three month validity for maximum 5G coverage over this timeframe!

At Rs 151 per month, Jio offers its 5G Booster Plan exclusively to users who subscribe to recharge plans with 1.5 GB or more 4G data per recharge cycle; its validity span is three months, offering 9GB over that timeframe; Airtel follows suit by following each base plan’s validity period with either 1GB of 1.5GB 4G data available per recharge cycle.
